Attorney Garland Hall
Garland Hall was born in Prince George's County, Maryland and grew up in Crofton, Maryland. Mr. Hall received his law degree from Widener University, School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. He received a Masters in Administrative Management from Bowie State University, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
Prior to starting his own law firm, he clerked for the Honorable O. Robert Lidums on the Cecil County Circuit Court in Elkton, Maryland, where he had the unique distinction of being the first ever African American male to be selected as a judicial law clerk.
Mr. Hall is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and the Prince George's County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before all of the Courts in the State of Maryland and the United States District Court, District of Maryland.
Jibril Brown
Jibril Brown is a native of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Along with his tireless dedication to client satisfaction he is also a veteran of the armed forces where he served fifteen (15) years in the United States Air Force Reserves. Mr. Brown focuses his talents and legal acumen on matters that require devoted attention, extensive experience, and skillful litigation strategy.
