Attorney Garland Hall

Garland Hall was born in Prince George's County, Maryland and grew up in Crofton, Maryland. Mr. Hall received his law degree from Widener University, School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. He received a Masters in Administrative Management from Bowie State University, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to starting his own law firm, he clerked for the Honorable O. Robert Lidums on the Cecil County Circuit Court in Elkton, Maryland, where he had the unique distinction of being the first ever African American male to be selected as a judicial law clerk.

Mr. Hall is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and the Prince George's County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before all of the Courts in the State of Maryland and the United States District Court, District of Maryland.

Alexander Pe

Alexander is a native Marylander, hailing from Charles County. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish Literature from Mount Saint Mary's University. Afterwards, he worked as a community organizer and outreach coordinator for a nonprofit health services organization based in Rockville. He earned his law degree from Western Michigan University, where he clerked at a Detroit-based business immigration firm. In addition to immigration experience, he developed a background in corporate law and business transactions. After passing the bar, he started his own practice, counseling startups and small businesses on a range of matters from formation and governance, to employment law, contracts, and licensing. His clients have run the gamut from nonprofits and advocacy groups, to tech startups and freelancers. Alexander previously served as General Counsel to a medical cannabis consulting firm, where he acquired in-depth knowledge of cannabis policy, provided support with regulatory compliance, and successfully assisted the organization's clients in obtaining medical cannabis business licenses. Alexander is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Maryland. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Tagalog.

Darshan Kharod

Darshan Kharod is a native son of Anne Arundel County and a graduate of the prestigious Severn School in Severna Park, Maryland. He is proficient in Hindi and Gujarati languages. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland-College Park, majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Sports Marketing. He went on to earn his juris doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Prior to coming to the firm he began his career in public service, working as a Public Defender for Anne Arundel County. He has successfully represented many types of criminal and serious traffic cases including: Assault, CDS/Drug possession, Theft, Prescription Fraud, DUI/DWI, Driving on Suspended License, Cyber Crimes including under Maryland's new "revenge porn" statute, Forgery, Possession of Open Container, Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, Violation of Peace/Protective Orders, and Violaton of Probation hearings.

Additionally, Mr. Kharod also served as liason to the Veterans Court Program, helping veterans of the United States Armed Forces navigate the criminal justice system and connect them to programs and resources to help them rebuild their lives. He continues to serve as a collaborator and presenter for the Schools in the Court Program, teaching Anne Arundel County high school students about the criminal justice system, due process, and exercising their Constitutional rights.
